Black smoke while driving

Hi, the engine light on even while running I got that checked with mechanic who replaced a turbo vacuum part and deleted the error too, however the very next day I see the error is back and can see the same black smoke while accelerating. even though the mileage is low and power is low too.what would be the possible reasons?

we do not' have that car in US, but give us the code we may be able to help. also check fuel pressure with a gauge.
