Battery issues

Okay, so my truck sat for about a week. I went out to start it and it was dead.
Boosted with no issue. So I figured battery so I pull the battery and get it serviced, now as soon as I connect the positive and negative I get a noise coming from near the master brake cylinder and it does not stop. I am completely lost on what is going on.

Can you post a picture or video of what you hear so I can hear it and continue to help?

Sounds like the internal relay in the ABS module may be stuck. Try pulling fuses 16,44,45 and see if it still does it.
