1990 Audi 5000 Cranks but no spark at the coil

The coil tests good with an ohm meter and it has 12v at the + and - sides (a little less when cranking), but I have no output on the high energy side. I have tried known good coils with the same result. What else is there.

I cant find your car in my software, so this is entirely referenced from other cars. If you dont have a pulse on one side of the coil, the ignition system isnt seeing the engine turning.Does this car have a crank angle sensor or cam angle sensor? If so I would probably start there
