Will not start after replacing key fob battery, anti-theft is activated

I recently changed the battery in my key fob to my vehicle and now my anti-theft it's activated or in won't let me start my car. I don't know what to do I've tried everything possible it keeps blinking and I can't get my car to start.

The first thing I suggest is to perform a security system, Anti-theft system reset. Here is the tutorial showing what is involved;
