anti skid service and reduced engine performance

Anti skid service required and reduced engine performance is up on the dash. Mechanic changed glow plugs and maf sensor.. Still not fixed. Can't solve the problem.. He is now saying it's the abs module that has to be done by volvo.. Which costs 1800 euro. Lights are on all the time and no power. Any other suggestions what it could be?? Thanks

I wonder why they changed the glow plugs as they will have no effect on the problem reported, glow plugs are for cold starting only.... Can you post what codes are set in the ECU please. these codes will help identify the problems you are having.
