All started with a freeze plug?

I have a throttle body on my truck, does it have injectors also has bad miss pretty sure it's a fuel problem. new filter and fuel. Pump, new coil. Ignition, mod, plugs, wires all new. what can i do to make the truck run smoothly? Would Lucas injector cleaner help?
