Yesterday while driving I heard a noise identical to a tire popping, immediately after, my car would not accelerate as fast. A few miles later it completely cuts off and I needed a jump to try and make it home. On a jump I got about twenty miles before I stopped and shut the car off and I went to start it again and it hesitated before it started.

Check engine light on? Other dash lights on? Any fluid leakage from under the car?

Actually when it stopped I noticed something dripping from my car. As I was driving home the check engine light came on and the oil light started flickering.

Do not drive it anymore! The oil light comes on when you no longer have oil pressure in the engine. Have it towed to a shop and let them look it over. The oil light, noise and fluid dripping are not good things. I hope I am wrong, but that update makes it sound like you have a connecting rod failure and the engine is now scrap.
