engin has 90-40-40-89 compresion on cyls. engine turns over but slow with good battery. want start. has fire.

ouch man! not good compression numbers.
What kind of car, mileage, year etc...
With those numbers, I would replace the engine. Could also be your compression rings are not sealing properly.
Also a heads up, there's alot of additive treatments out there that claim to restore compression etc... I'm not one who's big on additives but that's just me. -op-
