Ceramic pads & ceramic clutches

Hi all,

Just wondering what your thoughts are on the pros & cons of ceramic pads & clutches?

Not a BIG fan of ceramics (depending on who makes them).

They do dissapate heat quickly, but tend to squeak.

Wagner and Bendix make a good ceramic.

They do seem to wear better than organic or metallic.

Don't know that much about clutch ceramics, I prefer a larger disc, PP.

I appreciate the wear characteristiccs of a ceramic pad and how they can be safer by getting rid of its heat quicker BUT alot of people hate noise and you get so many comebacks with ceramic pads because it makes a tiny squeak. I dont mess with um unless its my vehicles.

Ceramic clutches. No opp. On that.

As far as clutches, I would go with Kevlar. If HIGH horsepower, I would use multi disc clutch, but they don't work too well on street.
