Do you have power and ground at the relay? If so then you need to check for "trigger" to turn the relay on. If it turns on then do a continuity check on the wire from relay to tank connector

Cant tell if I got power at the relay I don't think so my volt ohm prongs are to big to get into the prong holes anything else you can use to check this? Also where's the trigger?

You can use a piece of wire pushed into the hole to test it. Not like we are dealing in millivolts here. Trigger is what turns the relay on. Turn ign off for 10 seconds, turn to on position, one of the terminals should light up for 2 seconds then go out, that is the trigger. Then 12 volts to one of them, ground at another and finally power out to the pump. Orange is power, black is ground, there are 2 grays 1 goes to the pump and th e other goes to the oil pressure switch/sender, dark green/white is the power trigger for the relay which comes from the VCM (vehicle control module)
