1994 Questions for all other cars starting the car

When I start the car and turn the it feels loose or free and when the car starts its start making all this noise then I take the key one step back and its fine, all this time when turning the key it feels free or lose.

Hi abarkho,

Your question is very confusing and not precise about the problem.

Anyway if I did not guess wrongly, the ignition switch is faulty and needs to be replaced. The switch is sticking and not returning causing the starter to be engaged after the engine has started.

Make sure the abnormal noise is not present when starting or else you would damage the starter motor.
