Air conditioning not working

I just replaced my A/C compressor. I noticed sometimes my air will not get cold while driving and sometimes the air will be cool and not cold. Another thing is when going driving slow coming into a stop sometime the air is cool not cold. Also, I don’t have a leak.

It sounds like it is low on Freon if it is cool and not cold.
