You can get 134a at auto parts stores anywhere with the connector to hook into the low side of the ac system. The high side is a different size so you can't get that wrong. How depends on the car and most have a tag under the hood to say how much. If your car is older than 1996 then it could be R12 and you won't find that anymore so you need to have the car retrofitted.
