I am low on money and needed a lift, so I got add a leaves. It lifted it 2 inches. Now everybody is saying I wasted my money, and that add a leaves will make it so I have no suspension flex. Is that true?

You're the one with the truck. Did you drive it?

As a suspension and alignment specialist, I can tell you correct ride height is critical for proper handling, braking, tire wear, and legal issues. If all you ended up doing was restoring the ride height to where it is supposed to be, you should be fine. Trucks of that era didn't ride well to begin with so it's not likely you made it worse. As far as being a waste of money, before you listen to those "experts", what exactly were you trying to solve?

I was trying to clear 33 inch tires and get rid of suspension sag. This all happened.
