Hi gemanuel. Welcome to the forum. If the headlight is dim, it is obviously still working. This is typical of a bad ground, not a bad bulb. Proof is the high beam will also be dim, and the light will go out completely if you unplug the other headlight.
The most common place to find a bad ground is a corroded terminal in the bulb's connector, but the wire could also be corroded where it bolts to the body. If it's in the connector, just wiggling it will often get it working properly again, ... For a little while.
