when I warm my car up after awhile of idling it rev's up and down on its own, can you tell what is happening and how I can fix it?

Hi Lito01,

The idling speed is too high due to vacumn leakage or idle speed out of adjustment.

Possible causes,
1. Lack of coolant in radiator.
2. Faulty IAC
3. Vacumn leakage, check hoses connections.
