1995 Acura Legend blower motor

I installed a new blower motor but it still isnt coming on. It has power to the blower motor through the blue and red wire but when you turn the fan on it does nothing. Where do I go from here?

Hi
Was old motor faulty? If no then Power Transistor in not providing ground mounted on blower unit. Check black wire on PT see if ground is present if not check behind right kick panel ground. If good the PW faulty
