1995 Acura Legend blower motor

I replaced the blower motor for my 95 acura, not sure it was bad but went ahead and replaced it, and it still doesnt work. The motor will come on for a second every once and a while( not often) but wont stay on. Where do I go from here?

Check fuse no.19 and no.37 in under dash fuse/relay box, blower motor relay and high speed blower motor relay and power transistor on the blower motor unit behind right side of dash and ground point G-203 at right kick panel
