While driving with Drive gear, if I step on gas and speed reaching 45-50 mph; then the S3 gear flashing nonstop, at the point the overdrive S4 will not shift. The speedometer go back to 0 mph and stay there even I step on gas pedal; also the mile travel counter is stop!

What is the problem? What part need to be replaced?

Lately the check engine light is on! Is this the proble of the Oxygen sensor?

Hi trantheman, You need to check the error code to find out what is wrong. I suspect the speed sensor is faulty resulting iin the S3 and CEL showing. Bridge the SCS, turn ignition switch to on and count the blinks and come back with the readings.
