When it's cold out the key can't be removed from the igntion for as long as 10 min
If you drive a little while the thing warms up and the key can be removed

what is wrong
How do I repair it

My daughter's car is also a '90 Integra. I've not found a good solution for this one. I've tried lubricating the lock cyl etc without success.

Based on trying it, ti would seem that something in the interlock assy is sluggish due to temp, but I've not found that item even though I've partially had the column apart to look.
