The car will start up and drive, but it won't go over 60 MPH.

There are a number of reasons for low power, but I need to confirm a few things. First what happens when you get to 60 MPH? Does the vehicle just stop accelerating like it can't do it or does the RPM just stop like it is hitting a rev limiter?

Here are a couple guides that will help with lower power as I suspect this is the issue:

Next, we need to check for codes and find out what is there if any.

Let us know what you find with this info and let us know what questions you have with this and what codes you find if any.

Thanks

Good morning

This sounds like a clogged cat converter not allowing the engine to breathe.

The easiest way to test is to disconnect the exhaust pipe at the manifold and take it for a ride. It will make a lot of noise but if you notice an increase in power, then that is the issue.
