Cleaned condor. That helped some. My question, is the two speed fan supposed to run on high speed when idling? WO ac on the fans don't run, but they might if the engine heats up. When the ac is turned on the fans run on low speed when idling or slow traffic and the ac warms up until you pick up speed. Seems like the fans should run on high speed when idling or slow traffic which would do a better job cooling the ac condenser.

THE FREON MAYBE LOW. RENT A GAUGE SET FROM THE PARTS STORE AND THEN U CAN CHECK IT. THEN U WILL KNOW IF THE FANS ARE CAUSING YOUR PROBLEM.

Already did that. System was evacuated and recharged. My question was, shouldn't the fan be running on high speed when idling so as to do a better job cooling off condenser. As is good when moving down the road. But parked or slow traffic ac warms up. Condensor is not being cooled while fan is on low speed.

All cars do this the a/c clutch turning off and on. Start the car and watch a/c clutch assy.
Does the clutch assy. Stop spinning and start again? This is caused by a faulty high or low side pressure switch or a low freon charge. If u still have power to the clutch plate when it stops. U will need to replace the clutch plate. If their is no power u will need to replace the pressure switches.

We're not communicating. Please review my previous comments. This is not about the compressor It's about the radiator fan that cools condensor when the vehicle is not moving.

U NEED TO OPEN THE HOOD AND MAKE SURE THE COMPRESSOR CLUTCH IS STAYING ENGAUGED. IT SOUNDS LIKE IT IS TURNING OFF AND ON. THIS WILL CAUSE THE AIR TO BLOW WARMER.
