2005 Saturn Vue AC Problem

When I try to set AC to anything higher then level 2 nothing but warm air comes out, and AC light turns off (Snowflake) Also AC Clutch stops. However when AC is on level 2 or lower it's Ice cold, if anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated. Pressure when running AC on levels 1 and 2 are between 30 and 40psi, pressure when running AC on levels 3 and 4 are 70 psi and higher. (Read pressures from low side service port)

Sounds like a blower switch issue. Does the blower fan work on all the speeds?I would check and see if the connector to the blower fan speed switch is melted or the area of the switch is melted where the connector plugs into it is melted?

Thank you for you quick reply, but I fixed or so I think. I replaced the HVAC relay in the passenger side fuse panel and everything started to work perfectly. Thank You again
