The first problem was that I could not control my A/C on how much air was blowing so it would constantly blow on full max until the blower motor blew.
So I replaced the motor and fuse and it still not able to be controlled still blowing on full max, but the air does not blow hard through my vents. So I went and bought a new temperature control module and did the computer reset and still nothing. So after doing more information I replaced the resistor and now have full control on my blower motor, but the A/C fans are still not blowing good through the fan even on max. So I do not know what else could be wrong.
If anyone could help that would be great.

It sound like you have a blend door actuator that is bad. Here is a guide and a diagram to give you an idea on what to look for and fix the problem.
