AC not blowing cold air only hot air

Refrigerant is full and all fuses are good, think it may be a compressor problem, not sure if it could be an AC relay. I have not check any relays, not sure where this one is located? I had a mechanic look at it and he said there is a solenoid on these models. It does not have a clutch since it is German. Any ideas on what it might be?

I would turn the AC on and use a test light to see if the compressor is getting power. Here is a guide to help:

If the compressor is getting power then you will need to install gauges to see what the pressure is doing.

If the compressor is getting power and there is Freon in the system the compressor has gone bad and needs to be replaced.
