1999 vw beetle has high pressure on low side of ac and is not cooling. Compressor and clutch are working. Pressure builds as it runs. Help me please Craig

You may have a restriction in the system or it is overcharged.

What exactly are the pressures?

Whats the high side readings?You only are telling me half the story. What are the actual high and low side pressures?
