Okay, so next we'll check if the BCM is seeing a signal from the blend door motor, at the back of the BCM with it plugged in and key on, back probe the red/white wire. This should be a 0-5 volt signal depending on where the blend door is. So this should be varying 0-5 volts while turning the hot/cold knob. The pink/dark blue wire should be 5 volts steady.

Al514, what I see under the dash at the left side of the glove compartment right below the radio was a little white plastic box that was wet. But does not smell like antifreeze, smell like water. Is this a blend door?

Does the red/white wire voltage vary from 0-5 volts while turning the hot/cold knob on the controller head? This is the signal wire from the blend door to the body control module and should change as you're moving the hot/cold blend door.

Here is a picture of the bottom of the blend and mode doors. Both have a 5 wire plug, and testing at the red/white wire at the body control module will tell you if it's moving or not.

If you've found the blend door motor, you should check the red/white wire there. That's where I was going to send you next anyway. That red/white wire is going to the BCM. Varying 0-5 volts while turning the hot/cold knob.

There's water coming out the blend door connector? If that's the case, then you've found your problem. The a/c drain hose might be plugged up. It's visible under the car on the passenger side, under where the firewall is located. Try cleaning the house out, it drains condensation out off of the a/c unit.

Well thanks, glad to help. So can you explain where that plastic looking thing came from? Since you've located the door actuator, the 5 wire plug with the red/white wire in it. You can actually take the 3 bolts out of it and bench test it. It's a little complicated but I can walk you through it. As for the drain hose, just stick a piece of wire or something up there to see if any water comes out. You definitely shouldn't have any water in those plugs or motors. At this point you can unbolt the door actuator and with it still plugged in, you can turn the hot/cold knob and watch the actuator move with the key on. All you're doing is commanding the blend door to move. Having water in that box, there's a chance that the actuator got wet and shorted some circuit out.

So there's a few possibilities as to no cold air, and this applies to if the actuator is working okay. 1 is that the blend door broke off of the actuator and the motor is still moving the broken door part. This would explain why you have a 0-5 volts on the red/white wire (signal wire to BCM). 2. You have a bad expansion valve in the a/c system causing an incorrect pressures, ( this you can not fix yourself). 3. There is low Freon in the a/c system. Technically speaking this would have to be fixed by a trained A/C technician. Special equipment is required.

Is the hose just below the 2 hoses runing in paralel.

Yes that sounds correct, it's the only drain hose, make sure there's nothing clogging it up.
