Can you get a picture of the warning message that you are seeing?
I am not familiar with one that says the A/C is off due to low coolant. However, these messages cannot be reset. The issue needs to be corrected and the sensor will turn the light off.
However, if the AC is shut off due to the low coolant then we need to check the coolant level and make sure it is full.
If it is full then you may have a sensor issue where it thinks the coolant is low when it is not.
