Air conditioner compressor

I would like to know if i can disconnect my frozen air conditioner compressor and have the clutch still turn?

That depends. Is it the pulley bearing that is frozen or the internal compressor. If it is the internal compressor, it should be fine as long as it's not turned on. If it is the pulley bearing, it wont be drive-able.
