When the car is in park with the A/C on, if I rev the engine to low RPMs for 20-30 seconds, a clicking sound starts, and it sounds driver side by the tire well area. This clicking sound also happens when driving and accelerating at low RPMs to stay at a cruising speed, if I press on the accelerator the sound stops but then will come right back if I rev at low RPMs, video attached.

Also, 75% of the time that I stop still but keep the car running, the air starts to get warm. Like drive thru or even in park just waiting for kids from school, air will 75% of the time get warm, otherwise while I’m driving its ice cold.

I’m pretty sure I hear a hissing or deflating sound as well, If I turn off the A/C the sound goes away, if I rev the engine a few times or turn off the A/C the sound goes away within 10-15 seconds and when I turn back on the A/C I hear a mechanical sounds for 3-4 seconds and then that sound goes away. But after a few seconds of it running 20-30 second, the hissing sound is back.

I don't see the video you must allow it to upload completely before submitting. I am pretty sure the mode blend door actuator has gone out which can make the noise you have described. Here is how to change it out. Check out the images (below). Please let us know how it goes.

Also, is that the correct photo? The instructions screenshot looks right but the photo diagram says fuel pump.

Sorry, pilot error, I fixed it. thanks for the video. This is not the blend door actuator; it sounds more like the A/C compressor is going bad. Here is a generic guide to help you step by step with instructions in the diagrams below to show you how on your car:

and this video will help as well:

Thank you! Could this be the cause of the air conditioner blowing warm air when I’m stopped for too long or sitting in park?
