After scanning. it showed Yaw rate sensor and deceleration sensor issues. Having discussed with someone at dealership, I learned it does not have Yaw rate sensor. How can I fix it? What is the best place to buy a deceleration sensor at low price?

I am not sure who you were talking with but all vehicles have a Yaw Rate sensor. On your vehicle (and most modern vehicles) it is part of the Airbag module or assembly along with the acceleration sensors.

What were the specific codes and we can figure out what the possible causes are but most likely it is the module itself.
