No check engine light, OBD Il link error

No check engine light. After I clean the ECM board with contact cleaner. There is no mil light and obd link error. But if I put twelve volts supplied to blue wire on EFI relay obd is working, but no codes appears.

Check all your fuses. Especially the EFI relay fuse. It is a 20 AMP fuse. Position 33 in engine compartment.

Hi sir, all fuses are fine, it happens after I clean the ECM board with contact cleaner.

Attached ECM pin out view with signal specs. Shows you what values should be. Verify power to the ECM. So example connector A50 pin #2 and connector B31 pin 104 black wire with brown stripe you should measure battery voltage with key on. Go through the spec. If all is good then you could have damaged the computer. Those things are so sensitive even electric static shock can damage them.
