My ABS and traction warning lights comes on and off periodically while driving. also, while i am driving my car it will just lose power and slow down and idle up real high and then it will go back to normal. What causes that?

ABS and Traction light can be caused by a bad sensor or wiring to a sensor. Engine surge could be multiple issues. Being this is a 2016 and should be under factory warranty I would let them deal with it. You could get it scanned with a good scan tool and see what codes are stored in the ABS module, but I would not try to repair them if they are still covered. Let Nissan pay the bill.
