Drivers rear window issue?

The vehicle listed above is a convertible. I manually closed the top with the rear windows up. Now the rear driver's side window only drives halfway up. To the exact position that it stops at same place it stops when you put the roof up or down. It drives fully down.

Yep, they don't like that you will need to go to the dealer and have the top reprogrammed, You can try a hard reboot which is done by removing the negative side of the battery, with the cable loose from the negative side of the battery, hold it to the positive terminal for 1 minute this will discharge the memory capacitors in the BCM and PCM allowing the system to reboot. Let me know what happens please.
