A/C pump will not build pressure

With gauges hooked on ,engine running, A/C clutch will engage but there is no pressure change occurring on either side of the system. Static pressure is around 95 lbs. Clutch will activate when A/C switch is pressed and when fan is turned on and off.

Good morning,

Is that the high and low side readings? Are you using a gauge set?

If the pressure does not change and the pressures are equal, the compressor is the failure.

Pressure was equal on high and low sides with gauge set.

Okay, thanks. I would replace the compressor, dryer and evacuate and recharge the system.
