It is the most common item to cause this type of problem. That is just from past experience.

How much do you think something like that would run for parts/labor, etc

Also, is that the same as the A/C Accumulator?
I was trying to find the part on Autozone for Receiver Dryer but nothing came up but I did find A/C Accumulator.

The A/C Receiver Drier and A/C Accumulator are different components. They serve to keep liquid out of the system's track. The accumulator is located on the evaporator, where the refrigerant exits to the compressor. The accumulator traps any refrigerant leaving the evaporator in liquid form.
