The A/C would fluctuate between hot and cold air when the opposite setting of heat and cold were set on the control module. I replaced all the actuators including the blend door actuators and I did the re calibration process after installation and then the compressor struggled to start up but once it did it started burning the serpentine belt. So then I started feeling cold air come out when the defrost setting was on and the re circulation actuator wasn't working anymore and neither was the mode actuator. I also tested out the rear A/C control module and its settings weren't in sync either and it would fluctuate between hot and cold vice versa to its setting. I've also replaced the main A/C control module. What i'm trying to figure out is what can I do to get all the settings on the A/C control module to function properly. I also flushed all refrigerant lines and filled them with new refrigerant and put a new climate control orifice on the refrigerant line to the accumulator.

Couple questions. Do you have dual zone temperature control? This could be a temperature sensor issue but let's start with the basics.

We need to check the pressures of the system just to make sure that side of the system is okay.

I am attaching a chart below that will help with this but if you have a compressor locking up that would explain the belt issue.

So, let's start with this and then we can address what is going on with the temperature differences. However, if the compressor is an issue, then nothing else matters until that is fixed.

Thanks
