A/C no air blowing out of the vents

When I turn on my A/C, the compressor works, but I have no air coming out of the vents. When I turn the dial to defrost, I hear a clicking under the glove compartment but still no air pressure coming through the vents. However, if the A/C is on max, I can do about ninety miles per hour on the freeway and I get a small cooling coming from the vents but it is not enough to cool off the inside of the car. What can this be? My Freon is at an adequate pressure and everything. I thought it may be my compressor but after watching a few YouTube videos, I discovered my compressor is good. The line that runs to the compressor gets cold also. Please help!

If you have no air coming out the vents seems to be the issue which would be the blower motor not working. Here is a guide to help you check for power and ground while replacing the motor:
