1989 Jaguar XJ6 heater working, but not blowing

the heater is working, but no air is comming out of the vents. I found to check the directional flap door, but am unsure where that is and how to do it.

UPPER & LOWER AIR DOOR CONTROL MOTOR
Removal & Installation
Disconnect battery negative cable. Remove glove box. Move relay mounting bracket to one side. Remove right side dash liner.
Remove screws securing ECM to A/C assembly and move to one side. Remove control motor attaching screws and disconnect electrical connector. Remove control motor. To install, reverse removal procedure.
