Hi and thanks for using 2carpros.com. Based on your description, it seems there is either a broken or damaged power supply or a ground issue.
First, here is a general overview of how an electrical system works:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-a-car-electrical-system-works

You will need to test wiring using a test light or multimeter.

Now, I have attached a wiring schematic of the fuel system's electrical system. I would recommend starting at the relay to make sure there is power. If there is, you will need to then check for power at the pump itself. If there is no power, follow the supply back until you can locate where it is lost. It is not an easy job, but can be done.

I hope the schematic helps.

Thanks,
Joe

Hello, sorry, I have been busy working on other cars and just got back to this car. The fuel pump relay is not being triggered. I can manually trigger it and get fuel pressure to the fuel rail. However, I am still not getting any activation for the fuel injectors they have twelve volts but not making the ground pulse.
