97 Lumina backfires dies when driving

I got a 97 lumina starts up fine idles perfect but when I go to drive it it will make a 10th of a mile and start dieing out misfiring and sometimes backfiring throws no codes checked the fuel pump it's good dropped the tank it was clean as a whistle I ran


some seafoam through it and it ran good for about 30 miles then it started acting up again I checked the maf it was good have new spark plugs n spark plug wires good oil already checked to see if it was blown head gasket which it wasnt please give me some kind of help thanks!

Check fuel pressure with a gauge may be low should be 41-47 psi key on only check compression as well.

I've checked the fuel pressure it's good. That's the only thing I haven't checked

Normally a blown head gasket willnot prevent it from starting. Try another key if you have one then scan for codes.

Check for a bad timing chain as well as I don't know mileage of car.

It's got 186 and it doesn't throw codes it's not a blown head gasket

Check firing orderand for leakage. Check plug gap check for vacuum leaks and check injector resistance. 11-13 ohms each what is fuel pressure? Psi and firing order for a 3.1L shown

Checked the fire order it's good gonna check the gaps today and I don't think it's leaking no vacuum leaks the fuel pressure was between 41 n 47

Then it has be like a coil breaking down or thing similar. I have no further suggestions
