My car has a very low idle. When the car is started it roars up (regular) and as it warms up naturally the idle drops. The idle drops extremely low to the point where it is at times hardly audible and almost feels like it wants to stall out. I have replaced the IAC valve and that did not solve the issue. I took apart the intake manifold and it including the air filter all seemed pretty clean. Not sure what the issue could be.

Thanks,

Sam

try cleaning the throttle plate on both sides with choke cleaner probably gummed up. if it continues check fuel pressure with a gauge auto parts rent it.

I took apart the manifold to the throttle plate and it seemed clean with almost no gunk it it. I wiped it a little but there was not much to wipe off.

you need to spray choke cleaner in there because it gets on shaft as well no need to wipe it if you use choke cleaner.
