I've installed a complete wiring harness, everything electrical in this car is brand new. Wires, relays, light switch, hazard switch ignition switch and turn signal switch. Absolutely everything works properly except for the turn signals. I've checked countless number of times to make sure the signals are wired properly. I would guess it is the ground, however the hazards work and it's the same light so it can't be the ground. I'm at a loss. I'm being literal when I say both the relay and turn signal switch are brand new out of the box. I just bought this turn signal switch because the last one I bought, I had this same issue so I bought a new one encase it was faulty and obviously it isn't. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

When you say they don't work do you mean they don't light up or don't blink? These had ground problems because the fenders are rubber mounted. here is a guide to help you test the grounds and connections:

Please run down this guide and report back.

The turn signal speedometer indicator light stays on, doesn't flash, and I get no exterior indicator lights. The turn signal switch was just ordered from Wolfsburg West as was the flasher relay. When I test the wires from the flasher relay to the switch main wires (black/white, black/green) I get no power, but when I disconnected the wires, and tested for ohms I got continuity. I ordered another 12 volt flasher relay. I will see if that's the issue and reply back.
