second or third cylinder misfiring

The car is misfiring. It could be second or third cylinder misfiring. could you tell me what could be the problem?

these are hard to diagnose and are best left for a mechanic to do it as it is the cheapest option. you can check resistance of wires and fuel pressure, but that is about it as it can be sensors, injectors among other things .
