idle very rough during a cold start.

Vehicle idle very rough for approximately 6 seconds during a cold start. After six seconds idle stabilize and car works perfectly. When the engine is warm i have no problems?

check spark plugs. when was the last time you had the car serviced??

Could be a fault with the cold start system, meaning the AACV needs attention.
