Engine cranks but does not start

I bought the truck with a bad head, I replaced the head and put it back together, it gave me a code for an ECT, so I changed that then still nothing. I have changed the PCM, CMP, CKP, TPS, fuel filter, it has spark and plenty of fuel but still won't start. I don't get it.

Hi,

If it has fuel and spark, it should run unless there is a timing issue or a compression issue. If you try using starting fluid, does it start for a couple of seconds? Are you certain the timing was correct when you reinstalled the timing belt?

Do me a favor. Record it cranking and upload it for me to hear. If it is a timing or compression issue, I should be able to tell.
