I was putting in aftermarket LED headlights and the connectors didn't fit the bulb. I bought new connectors. When I clipped off the connector and stripped back the 2 wires coming from the headlight one of the wires made contact with metal and had a small spark. I continued to connect the new connector and bulb, and everything worked fine. The next day I checked it again and the driver's side didn't come on but the other lights in the headlight assembly did come on. Also, the passenger brake light now doesn't come on and neither does the radio. I have pulled every fuse under the hood and visually inspected them, and they are all good and seated. I used a light tester and all fuses pass. I used a DMM and I got 12v on both sides of some fuses and 0 volts on others. There is also 0 volts coming out of the wires going into the headlight. The is also 12v going into the fuse box. I also checked the fuse for the radio, and it was also good. I need help please!
