2015 Chevrolet Colorado Rear end problem?

What can be wrong with the rear end of this truck? Being that the tires are moved back like this. Worse case how much would this be to fix? (See photos below) thanks. Any info you can give you help a lot. Thanks again.

PS THESE ARE THE ONLY PICS I HAVE. Can't get any others for now.

Obvious accident damage. The u bolts could be broken, pin sheared off aligning the differential with the springs or differential failure

I understand there's no way to really know for sure what's wrong with it until it's seen in person at a shop, however I'm buying this truck at an auction. And I'm just trying to get some idea of what it may cost worst case.

So if the bolts are broken, pin sheared off aligning the differential with the springs and there's total differential failure, like what could that cost?

Any kind of low to high range here would really really help me out a lot. Thanks so very much for your time.
