Recently bought the car listed above SXT model.

Here is a link to a video of the issue:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j6KMGRJ4mT8

Battery has been draining overnight- found the drain to be the Wireless Ignition module (WIN?) as it shows to be pulling 1.8 amps hours after shutting off...
Anyways while having the negative battery lead disconnected to put the am p meter in line with the ground to find the drain- I put the battery charger on the battery- apparently incorrectly- because now the car won't crank at all. Today I bought a new battery and scan tool - still won't crank. The issue seems to be no communication between the modules and the PCM.
Checking the PCM fuse under the hood- there is no power to either side of the fuse (no it's not burnt).
I suspect whatever has the anti-theft alarm flashing has also shit off power to the PCM? The key fob works on door locks etc., but won't crank the car- get an error about searching for the VIN.
Any ideas? this has really kicked my butt.
Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the video. It looks like you have a bad BCM, to be sure let's do a CAN scan which is the future of automotive repair. you can get a CAN scanner from Amazon for about $30.00. here is a video to show you how and a link to a scanner from Amazon. I have included the BCM replacement instructions in the diagrams below.

and

Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.
