Mode actuator removal

2011 CADILLAC CTS
140,000 MILES • 3.0L • V6 • 2WD • AUTOMATIC

Car listed above is a sedan. I can't get the dash carrier out to get to the mode actuator. need help on all bolt locations.

Hi,

I just realized that you had that listed in the heading. Sorry.

I attached two pics. The first shows the carrier and mounting info. The second are the directions for removal.

Let me know if this helps. Also, I'm not sure you have to remove that to access the mode actuator. You should be able to remove the right side duct air distribution duct, you should be able to access it.
